This man was appointed to represent my father during a guardianship case that I filed due to my father's dementia. Mr. Pickens would not do anything until I filed a complaint with the OBA. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this man. Nothing. He wouldn't return phone calls, took signed paperwork and it vanished, repeatedly glared at me during the hearing and ran interference in a case where he spent very little time with my father to accurately assess the situation.

Timothy J. Pickens seems to be on call 24/7. He always seems to be available, whenever I need him. My divorce was a mess, but, Mr. Pickens was able to help me see the big picture. In the end I did get what I wanted. Sincerely, TJ
