I would NOT recommend. He was good at the start, but we have been dealing with him for several months and once incarcerated he has been IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of, despite pressing matters. And of course he had us pay for everything up front and then left us high and dry. We are now having to look and pay for a new lawyer.

Brian was the perfect lawyer for my husbands case he was very professional and knowledgeable about the law . Brian had a winning attitude right from the start. He and his ‘Dream Team’ , as he calls them, worked professionally and tenaciously on my case. He always seemed calm in all situations. He has this fierceness about him in the Courtroom, yet seems like he’s just everyday talking. He catches things that would slip by most people during testimonies, which is exactly what you need. Let’s just say I wouldn’t want him anywhere on the opposing side. He’s thorough and knowledgeable. As a private criminal lawyer he publicly instructs the police to breach people’s Charter rights. A typical brown nosing lawyer for the government who shouldn’t be trusted. Avoid like the plague.

Brian was by far the best choice I could have made in the serious situation I found myself in. He was always able to be reached, regardless of the time of day or night. He had a way of putting me at ease when I was stressed and anxious about court and sentencing. I'm sure I drove him nuts but in the end he came through huge and I avoided a possible 7 year term with probation. In my opinion he is one of the best defence attorneys in Saskatchewan.

Brian is an amazing lawyer.He believed in me,and not once waivered.I was charged for manslaughter & robbery. Handled it with ease.While the 2 senior prosicutors tried to pile on my lawyer & read off their sheets, Brian knew exactly what to say by instinct. If you got the money, fork it over.I was acquitted of manslaughter, and found guilty of robbery.The story doesn't end there. We appealed, and won!

Contacting Brian was the best decision I have ever made. He fought for my freedom and came out successful. Always available to answer questions and explain the situation. Please remember, like any other lawyer he has a personal life and occasionally will not be at immediate service.
