My mom was diagnosed with Alheimers in March of 2011. Mr Hurd was mom's attorney. Mom gave us full POA and revoked my siblings as just 2 weeks before a police report was filed as they assaulted her and inflicted "3rd degree battery". Mr Hurd went behind our backs and drew up a new POA for the very person who beat her up and allowed her to steal our money out of mom's acct as we paid to move her as they had "maxed out her credit cards". Then we found out that my siblings talked mom into taking out a Mutual of Omaha Life Insurance policy as had her say she was a "DOCTOR". THIS IS CRIMINAL MR HURD!! Good Job!! I hope your greed and stupidity catches up with you. You charged mom $780.00 for a simple POA. Attorney Andria Richter charged $25.00 for the same thing, and even included "revocation" papers as she was beaten by the very people you put back in charge. Your ignorance amazes us!!
