Raymond Zakari and his partner Brian James Ward take advantage of persons on both sides. For example, if they represent landlords they take advantage of the landlord to draw out the case for their financial gain. They also abuse tenants in violation of the law. The only way they can win cases is b/c they have crooked judges who ignore the law. Both Raymond Zakari and his partner Brian James Ward are very unprofessional and act like arrogant frat boys. If you want your case handled fairly, economically and efficiently, do not use either of them.
