Marc is a terrible lawyer who writes his own good reviews. He has gotten extremely rich by settling cases quickly so he can move on to the next one with no concern for what is best and fair for his clients. He will let you down.

Marc took the reigns for my ICBC claim from his partner when it appeared things were headed to trial. Marc brought his skills as a negotiator to the table and worked out an excellent settlement that far exceeded my expectations, without going to trial. It felt like the hounds had been unleashed once he came into the equation. Marc is quick and to the point, he’s not a warm fuzzy type that wastes time. I think some of the other reviewers are confusing this with a lack of time or interest. Marc spent the time and called me frequently with updates and questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him in the future, his results were phenomenal.

I have to rate this law firm with stait 5's, My wife used their amazing service
and were veryimpressed with the level of expertice their team exibited. They faught long and hard for us and inthe end we were very saticfied with the large setlment she settled for, Kazlaw has the best team of profecianals that you will find in B.C.

Marc obviously knows the law in personal injury but clearly is too busy to handle cases effectively. If you take the time to read the reviews from the bottom to the top, it becomes obvious that either he, or people directed by him or the firm, have tried to manipulate the results of the these ratings and have been caught by the software of Lawyerratingz :).
That is a good thing, because Marc is a manipulative person who will promise you the moon to sign with him, but spend very little time actually working on your case. I ran away from the firm and hired another lawyer, who actually cared about me and got me a great result. I wonder how long this true review will stay up?

Can’t imagine a worse experience with a lawyer! Promises were broken right from the start, and things that were agreed upon were changed by Marc without my approval. My correspondence went mostly unanswered or answered late and by someone who didn’t know what was going on. His attitude changed dramatically after l signed on the dotted line, so l didn’t get the lawyer l hired, to my great detriment.

Very poor at getting what the client deserves out of ICBC. My criticisms echo the others on here;poor communication, which is key to success;seemily over-loaded with too many cases to adequately represent each one properly;didn't prep witnesses until the last minute. Recipe for disaster which is exactly what happened with my case. Would recommend to go to anyone but kazlaw.

This firm is awful. They take on your file, selling you on Marc Kazimirski and he doesn't even look at the file. Another lawyer technically has your file only to ignore it until mediation or trial. I called my lawyer raman several times and it always went to voicemail. Their communication is awful and they're so unprofessional. I would never recommend their services. Better to go to Collette parsons or even slater vecchio for bigger files.

Marc and his team were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone! I originally hired Stephen Holman & Sons and they did absolutely nothing for me for four years. Marc took over my case and helped me get a fair settlement and took care of firing my previous lawyer for me.

My rating for Marc Kazimirski has been flagged and removed twice, as have most of his other negative ratings which I see have all been removed as well. So, apparently he is just as manipulative, dishonest and controlling on this website as he is as a lawyer. I genuinely hope that people reading this review BEFORE hiring a lawyer really do their due diligence and talk to several lawyers before making a decision. I didn't know my rights or options and hired Marc based on his family member being my client-what a huge mistake on my part. He seemed so concerned and caring, knowledgable and experienced and boasted about being rated the number personal injury lawyer in Vancouver by the Georgia Strait. I felt an immediate sense of security and hired him right away. From that moment on I was continuously blown off when calling or emailing him with questions and concerns. I mostly worked with his staff who were rude to me and my witnesses. In the end I did very poorly and have Marc to thank.

My huband and I were in a rear-ender back in Feb that left me and my husband in pretty bad shape. Marc and his team were the first call we made and honestly, it was the best decision. They have worked so hard for us, always keeping us in the loop and checking in to make sure we're okay. I feel more than confident in Marc and his team at KazLaw and would highly recommend them to anyone! I've dealt with my fair share of lawyers over the years and they are the hardest working team I've encountered.

I hired Marc for my ICBC case. I had never hired a lawyer before. Marc walked me through the process and kept me well informed. He obtained a great result at trial, exceeding my expectations. I am really thankful for Marc and would highly recommend his firm!

Mark and his team were recomended to me by a good friend who used him for an ICBC claim and was very happy with his work...my wife was badly injured run down in a cross walk with walk light on ..We got intouch with Mark's firm and they took on the case ..luckey for us as the amount of care and attention was and is awesome ...I just want the best for my hurt wife and mark has helped to get the best physio and rehab around and did get work loss payments off ICBC too which have helped us out hugely ..they are very professional but really friendly and nice and really caring ..I can't say enough good things to have some one there for you when you really do need help ..its been over 2 years and wifey is still taking rehab ,,,which is great she really does need this help and is getting it ..from my heart xxx best of luck everyone , I would reccomend Mark's team to anyone I cared about because I know they will be getting the best ....hope this helps ...

Retaining Marc Kazimirski and Kazlaw after my accident was a game changer because I could focus on my treatment and recovery and not have to deal with the stress of interacting with ICBC. I found that the Kazlaw team was very supportive and knowledgeable as they helped me throughout the entire process. Marc and David did a great job on my case. I hired Kazlaw because I was in a car accident and had a lot of trouble getting back to work after. I was worried about dealing with ICBC on my own and just wanted to concentrate on getting better and getting back to work. Kazlaw made sure ICBC paid for all the therapies my doctor was recommending. When it came time to settle my case they fought hard and got a great settlement. I have since recommended them to a couple of friends who were also in car accidents. Great job guys!

I first met Marc in 2006 when I was involved in a MVA which left me with chronic lower back pain. The team is very unorganized and so does not do thorough work. They had to postpone mediation because they weren't ready, & I had to pay for it. Marc was too busy to really know my case and it showed. He met with me to prepare me for a Medical Examination, but when I got there the appointment was with a psychiatrist not a physiatrist!
