Was not happy with this guy. I was the executor of a Will held in his office. Made arrangements to retrieve the will for which there should be no charge. Made me set up an appointment to tell me things I already knew. Kept me there for an hour and gave me a bill for $475.00. I will be launching a complaint on this guy with the Law Society of Ontario. Avoid this guy like the plague.

I am a 55 year old man. In all my years I have never dealt with a lawyers office like this one. I read the reviews before hiring them to do a refinance second mortgage for me. Well it was a nightmare dealing with Robert Heisler and his law clerk Jacqueline McQuaig . They never ever returned a call, rarely returned emails, and when they did it was all about too busy and I know different they cherry picked there clients because they said they could have 25 deals on Jacqueline's desk. There is 3 lawyers in this office and one law clerk. At one point I was so frustrated with them getting answers and the run around. I showed up at there office and list it because still no answers to my questions. Yes I did swear at them because there stone cold faces and excuses you couldn't get anything out of them. The other reviews against them on here are 100 percent true because I lived it. They treat you like an enemy and don't care about there clients at all.SO HIRE ANOTHER LAWYER AND SAVE YOURSEL

My only comment... Terrible. Save your money. I wish I knew about this rating site before I hired this guy.

My husband and I have used Mr. Keay for numerous real estate transactions. He and his assistant Jacqueline are always quick to respond to our phone calls and emails. When we had issues with the sellers on our last purchase he made us a first priority and had the situation dealt with in a timely fashion. This is the only firm we use and we always recommend him to friends.

Keay was not only slow he gave all work to secretary. Never took a direct call. Overbilled . Deducted completed other file invoice to another file without authoroization. Keay discharged mortgages not authorized. A disgrace to profession.Does not take instructions from client.

Lazy, all about the money, and ridiculous. Had work for him to do with a Friday deadline. Lawyer sat silent, did the work a month late and billed me for services that had NO value to me.
