This guy is a joke do not use him, he handled two cases for me at the same time one was criminal and one was civil. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Hire someone else!

Charged me $1500 in addition to his partner's $16,500 to handle a temporary Restraining Injunction. If some of you do not know, you need 2 incidents of Domestic Violence within 6mos, I've never had a single incident. I filed for divorce and my wife in order to retaliate filed for an injunction, at which point Steven's partner, another terrible attorney Alysia Wolfskeil whom handles divorces coerced me into retaining Steven Sassa. The fact that he has done absolutely nothing is to say the least. This guy probably got high through law school, because he knew nothing and did nothing and only employed more scare tactics to milk me for money. In conclusion the Injunction became a part of a Mediated Settlement Agreement. If he couldn't handle a minor thing like that, I would be terrified to be in real trouble and have him defend me. Stay away as far as possible from this law firm, they are a bunch of money hungry crooks, unethical etc. with no knowledge of law

It might just be my own personal experience that was crappy, but he charged me around $5000-$6000 total for a DUI case, that he lost, and I ended up having to plea, which I would have gotten with a public defender anyways. I would not recommend hiring him, unless you have a very good case, and a lot of money.
