Kathleen Turton does not communicate well wording things in the strangest manner. She is very robotic, not very attentive. When speaking with her, she seems to be lost in some distant land with a blank, unblinking stare on her face. If you want to prevail in your case, you will have to do most of the footwork and spoon feed the information to her. I read on another site how intelligent, well educated, experienced (7years only?), etc. she is supposed to be. I was really dismayed at her dismal performance in the courtroom. I would never recommend Kathleen Turton to anyone unless you're a male who enjoys being pawed on. The only reason I gave her a "1" in any category was due to the fact that there is no lower rating on here. Taking into consideration the intelligence factor, it's hard to believe this person made it through law school, much less allowed to continue to practice law. How could any respectable law firm hire someone like Kathleen Turton? Quotas, most likely.
