Mr. Nicholas Nicosia is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer for any real estate matter. My family and relatives are all happy with his performance. I currently hired him for my 2nd real estate and I am impressed the way he handle things. The best lawyer you'll ever meet.

Mr. Nicosia is curt and arrogant and does not work amicably with other attorneys representing their real estate clients. He is does not answer phone calls or emails. When he does reply, it is condescending and nasty. . In summary, he is not my attorney, but after this experience I would never recommend him based on his handling of this short sale. Be-aware.
