If Nick Porco was as aggressive with opposing counsel as he is with his own clients he would be a much better lawyer. Instead, he is overly polite and seemingly terrified of the other side but then terrorizes his own clients into settling. Its stressful enough to be involved in a law suit. Having your own lawyer intimidate you just makes it worse.

Terrible firm, If you are injured in a car accident, do not hire these people.They do not care about the client nor what they are going through They do not update you on your case. They only care about their money. They also have a poor repor with the insurance company which caused huge delays in the benefits I was entitled to.
