Estate settled in court March 2, 2011. Money not received until April 25, 2011. Beneficiary’s lawyer sent numerous correspondences; ignored. Death clearance certificate took 11 months not estimated 6. Requests for updates/transparency dismissed: "I'm not prepared to provide details which are subject to client privilege" (November 1, 2011). Perhaps client was dead father as executrix not involved.
* Repeated accounting errors/inconsistency
Just 2 eg's: final statement for fees and disbursements 50% higher than estimate. Death clearance certificate doubled to $20,000.

Forced the filing of an unnecessary costly varying of the will, attempted to insert himself in the final hearing or threatened to stop it:
