Hired for buying apartment. Did not provide any councel on the questions related to the Condo Offering Plan - I had to find out answers myself, and she just nodded - "yes"... Missed several important issues in the deed; thanks to that I lost opportunity to fix issues before closing and had headaches afterwards, dealing with the builder... Failed to identify boundaries and elements of property belonging to the apartment in question. Overall - I'm dissatisfied, money wasted...
