Marty as my lawyer many years ago. He was knowledgeable, professional and confident. I highly recommend Mr. Johnson if you are looking for a lawyer.

Known and dealt with Marty for decades. His advice has been invaluable. HOWEVER, he has a built-in ****ometer that determines whether or not you are a ****ter. Thus, I can see that some people are not his greatest fans.

He's a little off his rocker, but I can tell you one thing.....I would rather he be sitting on MY side of the courthouse. If you want a robot, go to a big firm. You hand passion....he's your man. Knows his stuff..you may not LIKE what he says, buts its right more often than not.

This individual deserves what he gets he has lied in the past.from my personal experience his lawyer skills are to his benefit couldn't care less if u don't have a chance in heck to win your case he only wants us money.

Very bad experience--volatile and unpredictable in his manner. At times very rude, poor listener and negotiator, I will have to agree with this statement!!!! Took this council as he was so called friend of family. My mistake ! Charged for long distance and hotel bills even though it was my concern he was an out of town lawyer. Let his Secretary make important signing decisions with client without his knowledge. His Secretary had me sign a repay form to long-term disability with out his knowledge. "Ambulance chaser" came all the way from Kelowna to see me bedside after bad accident.

took my money, some small talk and told me he cannot do antying at this time for me. I changed lawyers and he kept $1,500 for doing nothing
