Horrendously incompetent, will take your money and do nothing for you. Did not fight for me whatsoever, did not prepare us for trial whatsoever. Did not educate me on my rights or what I was entitled to. I walked into court completely blind with every party involved having a wrong impression of me and my situation. This was a straightforward case of custody between myself and a domestic violence abuser and he somehow managed to make me look awful with his malpractice.. I was doing everything I was supposed to and was almost cheated out of thousands of dollars until I made the decision to switch counsel and find an ACTUAL representative.

Does not return phone calls. Focused on billing and not strategy. Pick another attorney!!!

This is the worst lawyer you could get. He tells you one thing, then lets the other lawyer dictate what goes in to the divorce documents, doesn't tell you and you land up getting screwed badly. Don't waste your money on this lawyer as you will pay for it.

I am forever indebted to Randy. He showed that he was genuinely concerned about getting me good results, and seemed to really care about my situation. He knows his stuff and was just aggressive enough and was very effective at settling my case. I would use him again.

I hired Randy to represent me in a very complicated case. He quickly made me feel like I was in good hands, and it turned out that I was! He had a good command of the facts, and always seemed genuinely interested and concerned about my case. He returned every phone call, and answered every question I asked. Best of all-he got me great results. I have 50/50 time with my son, and I'm getting child support from my ex!!! I highly recommend Randy to anyone going through a divorce.
