The truth is that "the road to hell is paved with good intentions" - Susan is a nice enough person and I am sure she excels in some area of law. Having said that, my experience was one of a lawyer's incompetentence at best. There was poor communication leading to a lack of understanding the case and then projection back at me. Another lawyer took the case with no hassles accomplished all which Susan said was impossible. I wish her the best but I hope she retires before someone else has to deal with the consequences of her work.
