When people declare being bankrupt, this simply means they have little to no money to meet their debts. Yet, ironically enough, Mr. Fluharty will gladly take at LEAST $1000 from you to "help" you file when, in reality, you really do NOT NEED an attorney to file bankruptcy. Mr. Fluharty, however, will tell you that you will not succeed without him; and that is his scam. He scares the living daylights out of naive people by telling them they "need" to hire an attorney. He also takes entirely too long to process/file all documentation for you. You will get quicker results if you file on your own. We had to constantly stay on top of this guy so he would DO HIS JOB!!! ALSO, Mr. Fluharty has many couples misinformed that you HAVE to file bankruptcy, through him, of course, BEFORE you can get divorced??? NOT true! Our divorce would have taken only 30 days if this man would have been honest. Instead, he had us believing we had to spend all this money to pay him for a bankruptcy FIRST.

He made allowed someone to make a will for my uncle while my uncle was in the hospital without his permission and then he got an attitude because my uncle wouldn't sign it. He appeared to be shady, unethical and all around bad.
