Terrible lawyer! Took my money and didn't hear from him until I called him. Never returns calls! Lies lies lies!!! He will drag your case for several years for what should have taken a few months ! Not responsible at all!!! Just awful!!! Find someone trustworthy !!!

Only hire this attorney if you want no response to emails and calls. He was hired in April of 2018, it is now January 8th 2019 and has had no movement in the case. He was hired to do a simple divorce. They have no kids and no property. He would never return calls or respond to emails. He has lied several times to this client saying the divorce would be complete. He overcharged and took the money but did not complete his job. The client has lost money and now has to find another attorney.

I retained Scott Micho for my divorce in 2014 which went very smooth and he was very compassionate through the whole process. I contacted Scott again in March this year for two Family Court petitions that I filed for Child Support violation and also for Custody knowing he was the one that would help me get what I needed. It didn't take long at all with court and having Scott back me up when needed. I got everything I filed for and now can protect my daughter. I would definitely contact him again!!

My husband and I retained Scott Micho for a very complex custody case in Madison County. I has another attorney and he was a nice guy but I felt that I needed someone very experienced as I was warned by my attorney that the Judge, the law clerk and the Attorney for the Child all felt that I would lose custody of my daughter that had severe special needs. I was an emotional wreck and could not believe what I was being told. My attorney even told me that I had made the right choice in switching to Mr. Micho. We had a trial that lasted 8 days. Mr. Micho fought for me and my daughter with the aggressiveness and compassion that I was desperate for. The trial was extremely emotional. I was thrilled when the judge ruled in my favor. Not only was Mr. Micho great during the entire process but I continue to call him with questions and he is still helpful. I give him my highest endorsement.

Scott just won a paternity trial for me which will allow me to see my son after months of trying to do so and getting nowhere. I had another attorney who was a nice guy but he suggested that I go with Scott because he was more experienced. He is now helping me with the custody matter and I am glad he is.

Give Scott a call. He is the only attorney I know that returns phone calls after hours and on the weekend. Good luck trying to find other attorneys that do this. Scott has handled my traffic tickets, a real estate closing and our adoption. He has become not just our lawyer but a great family friend. We highly endorse him!

I had a very contentious family law custody case. I had never needed a lawyer before and a co-worker recommended Mr. Micho. He was very pleasant over the phone. During our initial meeting, he took the time to go over all the questions I had and put no pressure on me to retain him. After I hired him, I was very happy. I got custody of my three children. I hope I do not need Mr. Micho for any more family court cases, but if I do I will certainly hire him again.

My son and I orginally retained a prominent attorney in Syracuse for a custody trial. After he basically took our money and said we were not going to get what we wanted we decided to retain Mr. Micho. He was great. We eventually had the trial and my son was awarded physical custody of my granddaughter. We are so thankful.
