I have never dealt with any service provider in any industry as difficult and frustrating as Richard Rush. He's very good at advertising himself up-front, but after providing the retainer, he was nearly impossible to communicate with. On important issues, I would email him once a week for 4-6 weeks before receiving a snide or offensive remark that didn't even answer the question. I found another attorney at half the cost who was far more effective. Avoid at all costs!

Horrible commication. Absolutey no emphathy. I could write a book on the negitive from the get go. He does not call back, he doesnt answer emails and text. Promises things and does not follow through. No one is ever at his office during business times,you only get a voice recording. I was told to be at his office twice and the doors were locked. He had two months to prepare for my case and waited two days before court to ask for my ex's income inforamtion and the only reason is beacuse I questioned him about it. I was told by Richard a number of times that this would be taken care of. His office personal and legal ade are very rude. Horible expereince.

Does not communicate in a timely manner, said he was going to do things, and didn't, failed to explain any of the court procedures, showed NO empathy, and is astoundingly arrogant. His secretary is very rude and appears as if she should be working in a bar, not a law office.
