Bo represented and supported our son through his first shocking encounter with the judiciary system. He was a great advisor and advocate as well as providing answers and realistic guidance to questions, and sharing information. He was extremely responsive, even replying to questions or issues on evenings and weekends! There were many issues, discrepancies and roadblocks with the jail during COVID, Bo helped to advocate for proper treatment and medical supplies that were being denied. From our perspective, he went above and beyond our expectations and represented our son very well! We would highly recommend Bo .

That was exactly the reason I chose Bo, he was very helpful from the start and his communication was fantastic from the jump. He has great confidence and always seem to know what he was doing. When I first ran into legal trouble I was lost and had no idea what to do. My family was in the same position as me until Bo approached my parents during my bail hearing. I highly recommend Bo Arfai's services. We had hired him for two criminal charges for my younger sibling. He was able to get both charges withdrawn, had he not done that, my brother would have a permanent record. He is extremely easy to work with and was very accessible and transparent throughout the whole process. In many occasions he went above and beyond his duties as a lawyer and helped me identify certain issues with my brother that we were able to navigate through and get him help for. His prices are very reasonable as well. I hope we are never in a situation where we have to hire a lawyer again but if we are there is no doubt that we would hire Bo Arfai again. Bo Arfai has mastered his trade. I called him when I was charged with my second criminal offence. Even though my first criminal entry was serious, Bo ensured that I receive a discharge and made his case extremely well. Have you ever been in a fix whereby your future career would be dismantled if you don't have a clean vulnerable sector check? Well I was but not anymore, thanks Bo who lit up my future as a nurse, negotiated with TPS to give me a second chance in life. I write this with all gratitude and respect for this man who believed in me even when I thought that it would not be possible for me to continue doing the nursing program.
