Anthony’s assistant is quite rude and complains about having to do her job. Someone that is there to represent you should not be displaying signs of aggression and complain about their job to you.

I have worked alongside Anthony since 1995 as a partner and colleague. His knowledge and understanding of the nuances of the criminal justice system are exceptional. He is focussed and detail oriented. His courtroom skills are excellent and his communications with clients are thorough and knowledgeable. As an advocate he is fearless. I am honoured to have been able to work with him, and feel that any client serious about retaining a quality criminal defence lawyer could not do better than to hire Anthony. He may be blunt, but that is because he does not like to waste time or resources. He gets to the point very clearly and does not tolerate unethical practitioners or clients that are dishonest with him. Tell him the truth and he will defend you tooth and nail.

He was very rude to me on the phone when I called him for a second opinion on a case. He basically told me that I was guilty and that I deserved a criminal record because nothing can be done. Not a strong lawyer, not willing to stand up and defend clients.

I highly recommended Anthony De Marco, over 30 years of experience and it definitely shows, especially in the courtroom . Mr.De Marco is very confident and reassuring. Noone will ever compare to Anthony De Marco, he is the greatest criminal defense lawyer,and because of his expertise and dedication very serious charges got stayed (dismissed) and significantly lessened.

Anthony De Marco is a fantastic lawyer. A true fighter, an excellent advocate and very affordable. I also found him to be an excellent listener. He took the time to understand my case. He was very well prepared when we went to court and he won my case. I thought I was going to be found guilty but he proved me wrong.

I only called him to get some advice or an explanation of a situation that occurred previously. He just asked me a few questions and before I even could ask for an explanation or advice or anything he just said "Sir there is nothing I can help you with" and hung up. Very rude, he could have at least explained why he couldn't help or directed me to someone who may be able to answer the question, but no, as soon as he realized he wouldn't make any money from this he essentially just hung up on me. Many other lawyers and paralegals were much more polite and helpful in similar situations. Very nice personality indeed (sarcasm intended).

I hired Mr. DeMarco and promptly fired him 2 months later. The judge told my new lawyer that Mr. Demarco did not protect my rights as he did absolutely nothing in the 2 months that he was retained.

I hired Anthony De Marco to represent my son who was facing drug and weapons charges. I was happy with the outcome of my son's case. Mr. De Marco is a competent criminal lawyer and his experience is worth every penny (even if the penny is now out of circulation). My son's charges were no joke and I am glad my son did not end up behind bars thanks to the brilliant defence case presented by Anthony De Marco.

This is the first timeone of my sons was charged with a criminal matter and we had to go to trial. I had never experienced this before. On our first meeting Mr. DeMarco explained everthing carefully to us and took his time and made sure both myself and my son understood the issue and the steps to be taken. His assistant was alway very pleasant and helpful every time I called with a concern. He provided us with written confirmation of the proceedings throughout. I was very impressed with him when my son went to trial. Mr. DeMarco seemed to know the right questions to ask at all times in Court and he was very patient in answering my questions regarding the Court proceedins. I hope I never have to go through this again with my son and I would readily recommend Mr. DeMarco to someone if they required the services of a criminal lawyer.
