After meeting and talking to a number of other lawyers, I settled on Leora. She was highly recommended by a close friend of mine. She was amazing and got the outcome I wanted. I felt great knowing she was fighting for me, gave me peace of mind. Lots of shady lawyers out there, she is one of the best. If you are lucky enough to find her, trust me and hire her, you wont regret it!

The above review hits the nail on the head. Zero communication from her about your case. Makes you feel like your bothering her if you ask questions. Tells you things one day and the next something different. Law clerk is rude unless shes asking for more money,then shes professional. She will tell you she will fight hard and beat your charges but when it comes down to it shell get you to plea to the lesser. If your looking for a good lawyer do your research first dont waste your time and money with this firm. Theres much better representation in the city thats far more professional and respected in the field for the same rates. Top lawyer mag has the top firms in the city and there right 100%. Do your research if you care about the outcome of your case.

Has a rude law clerk. She never responds to emails or texts or phone calls. Cancels meetings over and over again. Barely communicates anything to you. Seems to be more interested in cutting deals for the lesser (but still serious) charges so she can focus on her bigger murder cases. Forgets to tell you about important aspects of a deal until after you take the deal. I regret not going with Kim Scoffield.
