The worst attorney ever. Like others have commented, Mr. Lovretovich never returns calls, never reply's to e-mails. I lost 3 months waiting for him to give me any update, anything regarding what he had done on my case. After 3 months in pain, and needing to see an Orthopedic for back surgery, he still never got me in for an appointment. And, if you tell him the truth about the mediocre service(at best)he provides you, his ego gets wounded and he tells you to find another attorney. How unprofessional is that! And, he has done it to more than one client. I also noticed the 5 star ratings within days of each other???

This was the worst lawyer. Phone calls not returned, always late. I wished I had not retained this firm. They are only out for what they will get. I sued a major retailer for age discrimination and unlawful termination. In the end...Joe kept over half of the pittance I received. Funny..when first taking my case he assured me it was worth six figures. Every time you call he has a new paralegal as the previous "didn't do his job." Stay away from this firm.

His office doesn't return calls or respond to emails. They forget to follow through with procedures. Mr. Lovretovich in particular, distorts the truth even when you present him with evidence dispelling his statements. He and his entire firm should be avoided. Some complaints against him are found at http://www.avvo.com/attorneys/91367-c.... Note that the initial 3 complaints are followed by several complaints praising his services. Coincidence? Hardly.
