He decided to not represent his client, alternatively decided to argue about personal issues with the judge. The most atrocious display of negligence I have ever witnessed in my whole life. I only looked today to discover he is not disbarred. WOW. please avoid this idiot

David Cousin asked us to pay his retaining fee upfront, then has done nothing for us, we end up have to fire him, but he refused to return the money to us.

We retained Mr Cousins in our pre-trial in very simple case in which the charge was fabricated by police. We are very disappointed with Mr. Cousins's performance and professional conduct. He has more interests in squeeze money out of pocket rather than help us to get justice done. Not only our thousands of dollars flushed into drain, the result is worse than without his representation. If we had know his attitude and his capability, we would not hire him, even it is free!
