Ms. Schall's incompetence and lack of "eye for details" required my husband to name ex-wife as sole beneficiary to his pension. The Marriage Settlement Agreement had this "amendment" which was clearly stated in the document. Any lay person with an ounce of intelligence would have spotted it. Needless to say, Ms. Schall did not catch this. And as a result, even though I am my husband's current spouse, I do not receive any surviving benefits if he should die. Do not use Ms. Schall for any reason. She is NOT on your side.
