BAD BUSINESS!! Get the facts before giving this man money...I gave him money for a chapter 7 then was told I didn't qualify and needed to apply for a chapter 13. The man never explained the chapter 13 he kept on saying that I made too much money. When I told her I was not signing the documents for the chapter 13 and asked him about his refund policy her told, "NO REFUND". My first intial appt I just gave him money and then had to ask for my receipt....He never went over anything with me about his return policy. BEWARE OF THIS ATTORNEY!! I will be reporting him the BBB.
