9/13/21	4	1	2	2	2	I asked this lawyer for 2 years to address my issues. He was very difficult to get a hold of and almost never responded to my emails. My situation was time sensitive and he did not do his job. I gave him more than he needed but he needed review again and again. The few documents he provided had many misspellings and missing details. He event told me I fell threw the cracks and forgot about me. He is good with words and seemed knowledgeable but that is the only positive I can add.

10/17/19	5	4	5	5	5	I used Jim as my lawyer in court and he did a fantastic job for me. He explained every step and gave me clear explanation of what the outcome would be (and he was right).He is very busy so he may take a day or two to get back to you but he is good at what he does.
12/11/18	5	4	5	5	5	I was referred to Jim and he was exceptional. He is sometimes unavailable but he usually replies no later than the next day. He explained everything and made sure I knew what was going on. Plus he was good value. GREAT LAWYER
3/13/18	1	1	1	1	1	Brutal communication skills and very unprofessional. No wonder he has no staff. Took almost a month to get a reply after repeated emails and detailed voice messages were left for him. When he did finally reply it was a blunt one sentence email. Time to retire buddy.
6/21/17	5	5	5	5	5	Recommended by my mortgage company when I had to divide properry in my divorce excellent negotiating skills (the ex didn't get 1/2 of what she wanted) refinance was a breeve at very very reasonable cost. Good thing because I wasn't interested in getting screwed twice!

2/5/17	5	5	5	5	5	I have worked with Jim for many years. I have full confidence in his abilities. He communicates well and gives great advice. In my opinion, a great lawyer and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends.
1/27/17	5	5	5	5	5	He did a real estate file for me where there ended up being a lot of issues. Jim fought for my rights and was very successful. We ended up meeting with him several times for many hours and he did not change his account. A great lawyer and a great guy!

6/8/15	5	5	5	5	5	One of the best lawyers I have ever dealt with. Had a good understanding of what I needed and was able to get the work done at less that half the cost of my previous lawyer. I would highly recommend.
9/10/14	3	1	1	1	1	I do not know how this man continues to be a lawyer. My parents are clients of his, and they have been trying to contact him for several weeks with no response from him. My mom had to go down to his office which is hours away from where she lives and knock on his locked office door. And after that, no luck once again to contact him. So they asked me to email him. I did 3 separate times with no response. Finally I get one back with him telling me to "listen"!!! Buddy, your the one who needs to listen! Stop taking on clients if you cant handle it!!! So not impressed with this man.

10/4/12	5	5	5	5	5	James handled my file efficiently and effectively. Good value! We met with him 5 times (each meeting over an hour) and we still paid less than he quoted for our file (under $1000). The best lawyer I have ever used.
3/30/12	1	2	1	1	1	James completely wasted my time and energy, by dropping my case after almost two months of misleading inactivity. He ended up being a big talker with little action and no results He also appears to avoid contact with clients by making himself unavailable, thereby rarely if ever returning voice mail messages. James is overall unprofessional and disrespectful in his dealings. Don't let him waste your time and energy either!
