I retained Mr. Preston to work on my case & he did a poor job. Did not give me my documents throughout the case as I requested when I retained him as my attorney. I told Mr. Preston before I retained him that I needed him to communicate with me regarding any new developments in my case, but that did not happen. He showed up at a settlement hearing unprepared. Mr. Preston changed information from my initial complaint, which I did not approve of. He did not challenge rulings made by the court regarding my case that he could have or deposition made by the defendants in the case. Did not subpoena testimony from the courts to confirm that my testimony was true. Did not inform me of all settlement offers made & turn down an offer without my approval. He basically underminded my case, was unethical and unprofessional.
