My Mom is at the Mercy of the courts because my brother did not include that I am and have been Medical POA for my Mom since 1998. Susanne has heard from several witnesses and family members and still my Mom has been kept drugged/sediated and isolated all because Judge Lowell signed the documents and NO ONE is protecting this vulnerable adult. How is it that an Alzheimer's patient who was walking, talking and able to carry on a conversation has fallen through the legal cracks. On Monday my Mom told me "Get me the hell out of here" and I cannot protect her because of this Judge signing the Guardianship. so now the courts who were supposed to protect her are allowing her to be sediated so that she is subdued and submissive ,
