Mike Sutterfield is the worst attorney I have ever had to deal with. This man intentionally sabotaged my father's medical malpractice case. Mike had this case for nearly 8 years and he simply failed to do his due diligence. He never worked the case and he utterly failed in finding expert testimony to bring this case to trial. He failed to hire anyone to review medical records or subpoena ER doctors to corroborate my father's botched surgery. In the end Mike did absolutely nothing which forces my father's case to be settled out of court for far less than the damages sought. Mike was lazy, sloppy, verbally abusive and all he cared about was a quick low ball settlement so he could make easy money. Mike Sutterfield does not follow his clients instructions and simply does what is in his best interests. Mike is a "settler" not a fighter. Mike talk big and bad but all he wants is people to sign contingency contracts for representation so he can control the lawsuit. I hate this cowardly man.

Mr. Sutterfield is one of the best attorney's I have ever had. He has shown respect and care during the hardest time in my life. His staff is the best, they are really sweet and professional ladies. Keep up the great work guys!
