I employed Peter A. Hanna as legal counsel to represent my LLC responding to claim for unemployment compensation by a former employee; to be charged against my LLC by the North Carolina Unemployment Security Commission. Mr. Hanna was able to resolve the matter preventing any charges to my LLC. It was well worth the fee in time saved attending to this matter on my own without the benefit of a working knowledge of unemployment law.
