Cruel bully of a lawyer who only cares for herself and money.She is cold cruel .Uses unethical practices. Gets great joy in seeing others pain.is vey old fashioned .She should retire.

I dealt with Susan for at least 3 separate transactions over two years. She's blunt but honest, she communicates clearly, she explained things very well and was patient with my questions. She was also very patient with my elderly mother. Her office is not neat, that's true, but her work is well-done. Spatial organization has no bearing on intelligence or competence. I was also impressed when she had her beloved dog in the office because there were thunderstorms predicted, and she didn't want to leave the dog at home alone. I enjoyed the homey feel of having a dog in the office and family photos on the shelves. I never felt rushed, and when I called her for advice, she answered the phone herself, knew exactly who I was without prompting, and gave my question the time and care it deserved. I felt my money was well-spent with her, and I'll be going back to her again. She provides good service.

Ms. wallach prevented me from signing a very slanted not in my favour separation agreement. She slowed down the process for a thorough review and i'm better off from having her as my lawyer.

Susan Wallach is an excellent lawyer, works well and with an honest outlook, not misleading and gets things done in a timely fashion. She gives fair and honest advice. She keeps to scheduled appointments and explains things in terms that clients can understand.

I practice law in Nelson. The comments about Susan Wallach do not reflect the lawyer that I know.I suspect they were intended to be about another lawyer in the area.

Save yourself the time, trouble, and cost and stay away from Susan. She is rude, disorganized and does not understand the new Family Rules that recently came into effect. She is one of the most expensive lawyers in the area and simply can't deliver.

So as no other person will have a similiar experience and save the disappointment of dealing with such an inconsiderate human being. She makes you wait 5 minutes and still charges for the full fee no questions asked. Lacks personal quality service when dealing with potential clients. She apparently has to market herself for her business rather then word of mouth. We know that indicates something.Her office is a disorganized mess with papers hanging around and she speaks in a condescending manner to her clients when explaining things. She definitely lacks social skills by the way she presents herself when she introduces herself with a lack of a smile. She lacks charactor not to mentioned the worst manners I have ever experienced comparing her to other great professionals, which she is at the bottom of the list for great customer service. Best way to find a great lawyer like any other business is by word of mouth,especially in a small town.
