I paid her in full for services and after trying for months to contact her, found her office empty. She never contacted me to let me know what was going on. I received no service and now I am out my money and paperwork.

Ms. McDonald is very unprofessional and inconsistent with her services. Her firm is very unorganized and i would not trust her with your legal needs.
