Ms. Hegemier is a deceitful person. Led me to believe she was representing me but I discovered she filed in my name with me as attorney of record pro se. Case was eventually dismissed for failure to file opening brief. Ms. Hegemier also defamed my character to another lawyer I was negotiating with to represent me in another case. She did this while she was supposedly representing me in an earlier case. She did not answer many communications I made to her; she failed on numerous occasions to do as I asked her and failed to tell me she was not insured to practice law.
