I am very pleased with Adrian Lomaga's effort on what really was just a small claim, but important to me for the other party to pay. Adrian was very respectful of my time and outlined all of my options quite clearly; and what he recommended and the outcome he believed likely. After a year of recovering from a life threatening injury caused at a phisyotherapy clinic (believe it or not) Adrian Lomaga took care of my case with detail and professionalism to deliver amazing results. Adrian represented my mother in a personal injury case. She's elderly, English isn't her first language, and she just wanted put the car crash behind her. But my mother stayed with it all the way to an excellent settlement only because Adrian's sincerity and tenacity never once wavered and his kindness and patience made her feel at ease. My only regret in this episode of my life was that I hadn't approached Adrian Lomaga earlier. I had endured a lengthy period of continuous denial of my personal injury claim from numerous employees of this top insurance group all the way up to their "impartial ombudsman". I was impressed by Adrian's professionalism and "go-getting" attitude which was borne out in the settlement he obtained for me.

Stay away from him - Adrian Lomaga! He handled my case with poor knowledge on personal MVA injuries, medical information related to injuries. He misunderstood the short-term and long -term illnesses related to injuries. Therefore, he had poor ideas to argue with the defense lawyer. His goal was to convince me accepted the settlement. He did not well prepare me before the day of settlement. He spoke and explained to me one hour before my settlement. He event threaded that he would not bring my case to a court. And he asked I paid his service in the mid-process should I pursue to the court. He did not tell me about a file that he submitted to the Supreme Court. He lied to me. I asked him for some receipts he did have them to me.
You would be regret should you hire Adrian Lomaga for your lawyer.
