Terrible experience. Took all the money, didn't do good work. We transferred attorneys who did much better work. When we requested files and evidence they lost it for months then if magically turned up a day before our trial.

Totally unprofessional. Needs to go do something else in life. Stay away from them him and his Partner Jetton are to dumb monkeys, that will take your money.

I heard he was the best, I should have looked into it more. I spent 13k for a divorce and all he did was get child support 1/2 of what could have been charged. Nothing else was closed in 2 years time. He didn't return calls or emails with updates, and when he did I was charged. When I said I had no more money he got out of the case as fast as he could, leaving everything open. I had issues that should have been put in front of the judge which never made it costing me more in arrears, and finally a contempt charge. I wish I knew then what I know now because I never would have hired him, honestly I should have fired him! All this was done when I lived in Missouri and the divorce was in Monroe NC. Talk about being taken advantage of. There should have been a peremptory hearing and setting since I lived out of state rather than going back and forth with her lawyer and 2 trips there for nothing. The kicker is I paid another $850 for an absolute divorce,it took 2 years just to get divorced.

Not happy at all. Total lack of fact gathering and over all honesty issues. Unprofessional attitude and work ethic. I would not hire him nor recommend his services to anyone.

Contacted attorney Eric Meredith in 03/2012 to represent me for a 2 day hearing scheduled in April of 2012. I made a point of verifying with Eric his availability for the hearing, before scheduling a consultation. Based on his statement that he was available, I scheduled a $200 telephone consultation for the following day. I already felt a little unusual since Eric's webpage advertises an initial "free" consultation, but then requests $200 for the consultation when you call. At Eric's request I emailed him the details of my case, including, on the first page the 2 dates of the scheduled hearing. The next morning, early in the consultation, Eric informed me he was unavailable for the hearing dates I needed, & as a result could not help me. I asked Eric to not charge me for the abbreviated consultation as he should never have scheduled the consultation knowing he had a conflict. Incredibly Eric is attempting to bill me for the consultation. Avoid Eric & find a more honest attorney.
