Although i am grateful to Mr. Scales for taking up our trespassing case in the name of the cause, his representation of me has further complicated and potentially compromised my options and ability to come away with a favorable outcome. Extremely vague and confusing communications have me scrambling to make sure that the actions of Mr. Scales could be reversed. He made a number of decisions both legally and time-wise without asking and, in some cases, blatantly contrary to the wishes I had expressed in conversation. Most recently, and certainly the last time Mr. Scales will have any responsibility for my legal fate, he scheduled me to be in court and alerted me to this necessity 5 days prior, a wholly implausible scenario, as I live 3 hours away and have a full time job. "hope this works for you, oh by the way if you don't show up there will be very serious legal repercussions"
Again, I understand and appreciate his efforts I am now in a sticker situation due to his intervention.
