Like many others, I’ve gone through disciplinary proceedings against Diane LaRocque to the Ontario Law Society. Diane LaRocque’s talent is in her performance act, in fake ranting and spewing of nonsensical garbage to impress her client. First was false accusations that I was fondling the genitals of my infant daughters and the embodiment a ridiculous parody of a wife-beating Neanderthal. Diane LaRocque would be ranting how disgusting it was that I was a “fake” parent, whom was acting as if he was “Parent of the Year”, teaching in his daughters’ school, serving as PTA Chairman and soccer coach. Diane sent me 31 threats of impending emergency motions to have my daughters removed from my care. In the end, Diane LaRocque lost to me in family court, costing my former wife her life savings and her dignity. Diane LaRocque will do and say anything for money. Diane LaRocque puts on an entertaining show, but she severely damaged rather than helped my former wife’s case against me.

Diane gets the job done, with a lot of help from her clerks, Desiree and Stephanie. Court documents are always very well written and submitted on time. No deadlines have ever been missed on my file. Diane always makes you feel like your matter is very important, and has a very warm disposition. My sole complaint would be that it is difficult to schedule an appointment with Diane, however her clerks are always very sympathetic and try to make things happen.
