In 2012 I hired Mr. Rosenfeld and his firm to handle a case for my company. Mr. Rosenfeld assured me that his firm could handle the case. I paid his fee of $10,000. Everytime I called my case had been "re-assaigned" as the person was no longer with the firm. I wound up filing a complaint with the Bar of Nevada.
I was contacted by Mr. Rosenfelds firm threatning me that if I did not drop the case, they would no longer cooperate with me. A few days later, a representative from the Bar of Nevada contacted me to inform me that this firm had filed for bankuptcy and because of this, they could not be of any help. I thought I was being pranked, but I wasn't.
Not only did my company suffer immensely, but so did my family. The counterfeiters continued. The $10,000 that I paid destroyed us and left us unable to hire additional representation. As a small business owner, Mr. Rosenfeld and his associates should be ashamed. I will never see my money again, but it's about principle at this point.
