Paid him 10,000 dollars to get my immigration case reopened , three years later we finally get a meeting with INS , and he filed under the wrong jurisdiction (CASE CLOSED) I go see him next week to see what my options are and he can't do anything for my case unless I give him anothe 10,000 dollars.
