He just wings it and expects to wins with false statements and lies. I can't wait until he is disbarred.

I would not recommend this lawyer. He lacks in just about every way. He relies on "hand waving", insults, and deception to win his cases. I was not comfortable with that approach. If you want a shady lawyer though, this is your guy.
