Nelson Garcia was the lawyer for three homes I bought and sold in Toronto. I was a young woman at the time and was just starting out in my career. He was a great lawyer and made the process very simple. He is knowledgeable and efficient. His rates are so much lower than going to a big firm. Forget about the mistake he made with the real state deal in the Junction. It does not change his ability to help you close your home quickly and properly. One mistake does not define an entire career. He knows his stuff. I highly recommend him.

Avoid this lawyer at all costs. We made the grave mistake of getting this lawyer as he was recommended by our real estate agent who was nice but not spectacular. Read this https://www.thestar.com/news/gta/2012... and avoid him like the plague.
