For the life of me, I do not know why the California State Bar continues to let this "jack-ass" continue to practice law. This liar, and unethical person loves to take advantage of "old ladies," who have become estranged from their families. He uses this deceive and steer business to his daughter who is his Paralegal and a Real Estate Agent, to his preferred banks and other individuals in getting a piece of the probated pie or Trust. Also, try calling his office. That's a good first indicator.
