Courtroom performance, knowledge and decisions absolutely unacceptable. Although defending innocent client against rediculous charges, Bianchi failed to admit evidence disproving statements of accusers, failed to introduce statements of witnesses and accusers from prior investigation which were contrary to their court testimony, and failed to discredit critical witness testimony with his prior signed affidavit. When DA called witness who had previously reported witnessing nothing, without pre notification to the defense, Bianchi failed to object to such prosecutorial misconduct. Because he thought acquittal was inevitable, he failed to prepare at all, yet charged high fees for time supposidly preparing. During many months before trial, he wouldn't return phone calls some times for as long as three weeks. This guy's a clown. Stay away!
