Took my friends money, didn't show up for the court date with no call or anything to notify us. Never filed the paperwork with the court. After not responding to my messages hired a new lawyer who told me she never files paper work and my case was a few days from me defaulting on my reply. Run away from Erica Ciccelli she will only take your money and do none of the work.

Thank you for your patience during a very tough time. Attorney Cicchelli was knowledgeable and compassionate throughout my entire divorce and custody process. I appreciated her honestly and telling me like it was. I felt very guided and reassured throughout this process because of Mrs. Cicchelli. Her attention to detail was very impressive. I hope that I never need her services in the future (or any attorneys services in the future), but if I do, there is no question that Mrs. Cicchelli would be the lawyer I hire every time.

Erica did an excellent job handling my divorce case. She clearly set my expectation from our first meeting. I never had to contact her for questions because she consistently provided next steps, dates, and any communication between her and the other attorney. She exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Erica for any legal matter.

Erica was quick to take my case and my money upfront. However, her communication and follow threw has been nothing but lacking. Numerous calls and emails never returned. I wish I would of just went to the FOC direct, they have been more helpful in handeling my my case. I have done most of leg work myself, direct with FOC. I hired her bc I was told that FOC couldn't change custody or parenting time.After consist communication on my part, that still has not been handled. She has let the ball drop so many times that FOC has contacted me direct to make this process happen. It took 7 months for FOC to get forms from Erica. I have done, most of the leg work. It has been one year and no money changes in my support as of yet. Erica tells me this takes time. As a single parent on a limited income, I am astonished in her work ethic. Even after sending her links from the other states web page, she hasnt done what is rqd for addtl benefits.

Her & her staff(erin)will follow up with you until you pay them then they don't respond to calls or emails.didn't file paperwork with courts that they told me I "had"to complete& when I found out they completely avoided me..horrible, horrible!!
