I hired Mr. Pirrotti to handle my personal injury case. In the beginning he was helpful and sold me on why he should be my lawyer...telling me that my case was "winnable". As time went on, he rarely returned my phone calls, didn't keep me up to date on his interactions with the party I was suing and at the end, I would up having the case thrown out because of a legal technicality that was cause by him. In the end, I found Mr. Pirrotti extremely inept as a lawyer, even wondering how he can call himself a legal professional. I truly think he is out to make a buck and not understanding how the legal process works. I would suggest anyone to NOT hire him. I have since hired another lawyer who was able to resubmit the lawsuit and we have since settled out of court...a reasonable settlement to my liking. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a lawyer to do your due diligence on investigating who you want to hire and make sure they are qualified. Nice office in Scarsdale means nothing.
