Having worked with Ms.Boychuk for 10 plus years, I can tell you that she is great at research and writing briefs/motions, and has great work ethics, very responsible, however, she does not like being in a court room. Cant blame her for that, overall,anyone who hires her is getting a big bang for their buck!

Attorney Patricia Boychuk represented me on an unemployment claim. She did a great job. Ms. Boychuk actually stepped in when we were getting to the deadline because my attorney had a conflict and could not make my hearing. Ms. Boychuk asked if I wanted to postpone it, but I did not want to prolong it. My attorney arranged to have Ms. Boychuk represent me rather than ask for a postponement and wait another 20 or 30 days.At first I did not want another attorney. I decided I really needed to win and do so quickly as my employer had appealed my case, and I did not have benefits in over a month. Ms. Boychuk came in and through great empathetic communication skills helped me to regain my confidence and realize that she could win my case. She got all my documentation and patiently took the time to review it all with me. We fine tuned our strategy while she prepped me for the hearing. I liked my attorney, but I was glad that Ms. Boychuk represented me as she was very professional & great.
