I obtained Mr Ellison for my divorce and was by far the worst experience I've encountered with a professional attorney. During the process, Mr Ellison continued to call me by the WRONG name, although I would correct him every single time. He also called me husband by the wrong name every single time. For the few court apperances we had, I was not advised on what I could expect, I had no idea what we were doing or saying half the time. I ended having to communicate directly with my ex at during the court breaks and even outside of court and make decissions with him. We ended up settling court and working things outside of court, went to counseling and are now very happily married, so i guess grateful for the lack of legal ervice provided by Mr Ellison brought us together! NEVER returns calls and NO ONE in that office to pick up the phone either! would NOT recommend.

Mr. Ellison represented me for both my divorce and my bankruptcy.
Mr. Ellison lacks the assertiveness necessary to be an efficient attorney. During all proceedings, he was steamrolled by the opposition, failing to address many relevant issues that would have resulted in a more favorable settlement.
He is difficult, sometimes impossible, to reach, often not returning calls or emails in a timely manner, or at all. He repeatedly leaves messages at my home number, as opposed to calling my cell number, with which he was provided.
During my bankruptcy he was deliberately vague, regarding the potential dismissal of my student loans.
During court appearances he was either late or appeared within seconds of the appropriate time. His counsel prior was minimal at best. He was often unreachable during the days prior to the meetings. I attended each feeling uncertain.
Do not hire this attorney.
