Was in my very first auto accident this year and Todd was very knowledgeable and helped me find a way to get the most out of what happened to me. I was getting pulled around by the Insurance company at fault and he helped me find a case and get what I was looking for: peace of mind, a new car, and compensation for all the crap I went through with the Insurer.

Kicked me under the table at my workmans comp deposition, telling me later that his reason for that was I was answering the opposing sides questions "too thoroughly". Didnt file nor refer me to an employment law attorney for my wrongful termination as determined to be just by the OESC. Had his paralegal get me to sign for a check that i later realized that to be my "settlement" of which was NEVER discussed with me; just finalized without my approval. Took his 10K off the top of that settlement and later recused himself from my appeal since he "didn't see any point" in continueing--we'd already lost". Instructed me NOT TO CASH TTD and PPD checks deposited into his trust account "until he could move some cash around to cover it"....WTH? DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY FOR ANYTHING!! I'm now permanently crippled with absolutely no financial compensation whatsoever. Its what i get for taking the referral advice from a friend. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU HIRE!!
