I was in an abusive marriage going through a divorce and a friend referred me to Jabour. He wouldn't listen when I asked him repeatedly to depose my ex because he was hiding a lot of money. Jabour would speak rudely to me, sometimes yelling at me. I was vulnerable and went along. At the time of the final court date, he pushed me to settle and the agreement was a disaster, mostly in favor of my ex! It's been four years since then and I am a single mother with 3 kids and NO child support! Jabour totally screwed me because once the agreement is stamped by the judge, it's very difficult to modify. I trusted him during a very difficult time. He treated me badly and in the end, did not protect my needs whatsoever. It's one thing to be abused by an ex-husband, but when you're abused by the lawyer you hire, it's unacceptable! I have thought about reporting him to the Bar. I would not recommend him at all. He's arrogant, obnoxious and incompetent.
