This attorney runs a very lucrative business of going into the local senior centers giving "seminars" on Elder Law and Probate. He gets his future victims there who end up penniless as he gets them hooked into the probate system and their assets are then robbed by the probate profiteers; Mr Kelly is a pal of the probate judges and he is now also a Senator; he was formerly the Town of Strtford Attorney who has always used his position to get his vicitms for his private practice.
